Subject: Expression of Interest for Partnership – SkillMatch Project Collaboration
Dear SKILLMATCH,
On behalf of the Institute for Projects, Programs and Policies (IPPP), I am writing to express our strong interest in joining the SkillMatch project as a strategic partner. We are highly aligned with the project’s mission to bridge the gap between vocational education and labor market demands through cross-border collaboration and innovation.
Our organization is currently implementing a major national-level project in collaboration with the Ministry of Environment in Albania, which demonstrates our proven capacity to manage and deliver large-scale, impactful programs within governmental and multi-stakeholder frameworks.
We believe our experience in policy development, education innovation, and labor market analysis can significantly contribute to SkillMatch’s core objectives—particularly in areas such as:
• Joint curriculum development rooted in market needs
• Teacher training design and implementation
• Cross-institutional student placement mechanisms
• Regional policy advocacy and sustainability strategies
• Establishment and operation of digital tools such as the “Skill Observatory”
Moreover, our existing relationships with vocational institutions, employers, and public institutions in Albania position us well to expand the project’s reach and impact within the ADRION region.
