Equipping the Laboratory of the Higher Education Institution – FINra University
active 11 months, 1 week agoThe project “Equipping the Laboratory of the Higher Education Institution – FINra University” aims to procure equipment for furnishing laboratories at the FINra University. The laboratory is planned to be used for conducting practical exercises in the Ecological Agriculture study program.
Due to the lack of a university-owned laboratory, students enrolled in Ecological Agriculture currently attend practical lessons in private laboratories owned by the Agricultural Institute of Tuzla Canton, Multilab Tuzla, and TQM Lukavac. At present, the university owns only one microscope in terms of laboratory instruments, tools, and glassware.
With the procurement of this equipment, students will be provided with improved conditions for conducting practical classes in specialized subjects that require educational and hands-on laboratory activities, such as chemistry, pedology, microbiology, plant nutrition, herbology, weed control, and others. The development of modern science and education demands well-equipped laboratories that enable high-quality practical instruction and research work.
This project aims to modernize and equip the laboratory to provide students and researchers with optimal conditions for experimental work, analysis, and the acquisition of practical skills.
By acquiring modern laboratory equipment, instruments, and materials, the laboratory will be adapted to the needs of academic programs, thereby raising the quality of education and training in the field of agronomy. Additionally, the project will contribute to enhancing research capacities and opportunities for conducting innovative scientific studies.
This document presents a detailed plan for equipping the laboratory, including its objectives, required equipment, budget, and the expected benefits for the educational system and the scientific research community.
