Project Idea Summary:
Develop a transnational eco-agri-tourism network focused on traditional food, biodiversity and sustainable tourism. We are willing to offer Brčko District BiH to serve as one of the pilot location for revitalizing heritage farms, promoting short supply chains, and sustainable gastronomy routes.

Project Management and Coordination and Dissemination and Cluster Development

WP1 – Mapping of Transnational Agri-Heritage and Traditional Knowledge
• Documentation of old seed varieties and local food traditions
• Field visits and community interviews
• Development and publication of joint heritage catalogue
WP Output: Transnational joint heritage action plan (related to RCR79: Joint strategies and action plans taken up by organisations)
WP2 – Sustainable Agri-tourism Pilot Development
• Launch of zero-km food chain pilot (e.g. farm-to-table)
• Creation of joint eco-gastro routes in partner areas
• Certification of eco-tourism services in joint eco-gastro routes in partner areas
WP Output: eco-tourism services in joint eco-gastro routes in partner areas certified (related to RCR104: Solutions taken up or up-scaled by organisations)
WP3 – Skills, Sustainability, and Circular Rural Economy
• Capacity-building for smallholders, youth, women in agri-tourism
• Training on green production, waste reduction and marketing for tourism operators, government representatives etc.
• Piloting composting and bio-packaging techniques
WP Output: Tested Circular Rural Economy solutions (related to RCR104: Solutions taken up or up-scaled by organisations)
WP5 – Transnational E-Marketing and Branding
• Design of joint agri-tourism branding strategy
• Development of digital platform for booking and storytelling
• Joint campaigns and regional agri-tourism fairs participation.
WP Output: Tested Circular Rural Economy solutions (related to RCR104: Solutions taken up or up-scaled by organisations)
