Our Association recognized the urgent need for modern, sustainable milk processing in rural Bosnia and Herzegovina. To address this, we established “Naša mljekara” doo in September 2022 as a greenfield investment—a fully new dairy processing plant in the City of Prnjavor (Vijaka Business Zone). Backed by a feasibility study supported by FARMA II project, we aim to strengthen the local dairy value chain while integrating smart, environmentally friendly technologies to ensure efficiency and sustainability. Location have been strategically chosen based on feasibility studies, ensuring optimal logistics and resource availability.

Our Vision
• Initial Capacity: 5,000 liters/day (cow’s milk)
• Mid-Term Goal: 25,000–30,000 liters/day (within 4 years)
• Long-Term Vision: Scaling to 100,000 liters/day
Current Progress
• Earthworks completed
• Concreting of column bases completed
• Construction of retaining wall
• In the process of constructing structures for approximately 2,000 m of the facility (50% of the total planned area) – first phase
