Project Idea Summary:
The project idea refers to establishment a transnational innovation partnership in the field of smart health and silver economy. Brčko District is offering to be a pilot Smart Ageing Hub, integrating digital tools for elderly care, e-health services, and remote monitoring. The project will foster cross-border cooperation on demographic trends and digital health innovation.

• Setup of project steering committee

• Launch of Adriatic-Ionian Smart Health Cluster

WP1 – Mapping and development Joint Transnational Strategy for Digital Silver Care
• Transnational analysis of ageing population and care needs
• Identification of shared demographic challenges
WP Output: Development of a transnational Smart Ageing strategy (related to RCR84- Organisations cooperating across borders after project completion)
WP2 – Pilot Implementation of Smart Health Tools
• Co-development of digital health apps/tools for elderly monitoring
• Test phase in Brčko and partner cities (if applicable)
• User experience analysis and feedback collection
WP Output: Smart Health & Silver Economy Transnational Hubs established (related to RCR79- Joint strategies and action plans taken up by organisations)
WP3 – Capacity Building and E-learning Platform
• Development of transnational E-learning platform in training of health/social service staff in digital tools
• Cross-border webinars and online knowledge hub
• Involvement of youth in intergenerational learning
